We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any form of discrimination.

This includes slurs, derogatory remarks, or exclusionary behavior.
4. Protect Privacy & Personal Information

Do not share your or others’ private information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers).

Respect others’ boundaries and confidentiality.
5. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Avoid excessive self-promotion, advertisements, or irrelevant links.

Posting useful resources is allowed but should not be disruptive.
6. Follow Intellectual Property & Fair Use Rules

Do not post copyrighted material without proper attribution or permission.

If sharing content, always credit the original creator.
7. Keep It Safe for Everyone

No violent, explicit, or illegal content.

No encouragement of harmful behaviors, such as self-harm or substance abuse.
8. Report Issues, Don’t Escalate

If you see violations of these guidelines, report them to the moderators.

Do not engage in fights—let moderators handle disputes.
9. Use Clear & Inclusive Communication

Be mindful of language barriers and use clear, inclusive language.

Avoid excessive jargon, slang, or inside jokes that exclude others.
10. Moderators Have the Final Say

Moderators enforce these rules to maintain a positive community.

Moderators are able to delete any posts they deem inappropriate or that break guidelines.

Failure to follow guidelines may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent removal.

Guidelines for Monitoring User-Generated Content (UGC)
These are our guidelines when monitoring user-generated content
1. Enforce Community Standards

Ensure all content aligns with community guidelines, terms of service, and legal requirements.

Remove or flag content that includes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or explicit material.
2. Use a Balanced Approach

Combine automated tools (AI-based moderation) with human review for accurate content moderation.

Allow for context assessment to prevent false removals or unfair penalties.
3. Protect User Privacy & Data

Do not disclose or misuse private user information while moderating.

Ensure compliance with data protection laws, such as GDPR and CCPA.
4. Prevent Harmful & Illegal Content

Immediately remove and report content involving violence, illegal activities, child exploitation, or self-harm threats.

Establish partnerships with law enforcement when required.
5. Address Misinformation & Manipulation

Fact-check and flag misleading or false information that may harm public safety.

Implement clear policies for handling fake news, deepfakes, or manipulated content.
6. Promote Transparency & Accountability

9. Ensure Moderator Well-being

Provide mental health support and training for human moderators handling sensitive content.

Rotate or limit exposure to distressing material to prevent burnout.
10. Regularly Update Policies & Tools

Continuously improve content moderation guidelines based on emerging threats and user feedback.

Update AI moderation tools and human review processes to enhance accuracy and fairness.
